Welcome to Selah Yarn Studio.

By visiting our website and placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all purchases made through Selah Yarn Studio.

1. Orders & Purchases

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order becomes accepted once payment has been received and you receive an order confirmation from us.

Please carefully review your order details before completing your purchase. While we will always do our best to help, changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has been processed.

2. Our Products

All yarn from Selah Yarn Studio is hand-dyed in small batches, making each skein unique.

Because our yarn is created by hand, slight differences in color, tone, and pattern may occur — even between skeins from the same dye batch. These natural variations are part of the beauty of hand-dyed yarn and are not considered defects.

Please note that colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings and device.

For larger projects, we recommend purchasing enough yarn at the same time to achieve the closest possible color consistency.

3. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, provided that the items meet our return requirements.

Returned items must be unused, unwound, clean, with original labels attached, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Packages that are not collected or are refused upon delivery may result in return shipping costs being deducted from the refund amount.

4. Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.

5. Website Information & Liability

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and information on our website are accurate and up to date.

However, small differences may occur due to the handmade nature of our products and differences in screen displays.

Selah Yarn Studio is not responsible for delays, losses, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including issues caused by shipping providers or external events.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Selah Yarn Studio website, including photographs, product descriptions, branding, logos, text, and designs, belongs to Selah Yarn Studio.
