We want you to love your Selah Yarn Studio purchase. Each skein is carefully hand-dyed with attention and care, but we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Please find our return guidelines below.
Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition — unused, with the original label attached, and in the original packaging. Please include your order confirmation or proof of purchase when requesting a return.
Return Conditions
Returned yarn must be unused, unwound, clean, and free from any odors, with all original labels attached.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of yarn that has been used, wound into a ball/cake, or altered in any way.
Hand-Dyed Yarn & Color Variations
Every skein from Selah Yarn Studio is individually hand-dyed, making each one unique. Slight variations in color, tone, and pattern may occur — even between skeins dyed in the same batch.
These natural differences are a part of the beauty of hand-dyed yarn and are not considered defects.
For larger projects, we recommend purchasing enough yarn at one time whenever possible to ensure the best color consistency.

Please do not send items back before your return has been approved. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Unclaimed or Refused Packages
If a package is returned to us because it was not collected or delivery was refused, any return shipping costs charged to us will be deducted from your refund amount.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders
Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you have received an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or wound yarn
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible), and place a new order once your return has been accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. We will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
